Warm Heart
Knitting is the new yoga. But after knitting all evening, do your hands hurt? Does your neck cramp?
Do your shoulders creak? How about your back?!?
After knitting, you might benefit from some movement. Have you wanted to to try yoga, but felt awkward and unsure?
This is the PERFECT place to sample this timeless s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g practice.
At The Won Dharma Center, we will have opportunities to unwind and relax AFTER we relax with our knitting.

New to yoga? Not a problem! We have teachers who specialize in helping beginners learn the ropes.
Think you can't get on the floor (or get up afterward?) Is your balance shaky?  We have JUST THE THING...chair yoga.
You will do all the stretches while sitting or holding onto a chair.
Yoga and/or meditation instruction is included in your registration fee.
This is your chance to try these proven methods of relaxation in a supportive environment at no additional cost!
